BackPack Professional is an automated compression solution for backing up your folders and files quickly, easily, and securely. BackPack lets you create industry-standard ZIP and Self-Extracting archives which can be re-created on demand by clicking a shortcut. It uses your pre-selected settings to transfer the folders as compressed files to their destinations. The program ensures that your important folders and files are backed up, while applying password protection, formatting removable media, adding comments and generating html status reports which can be published to a website or emailed. BackPack also includes drag and drop capability, and the ability to restore your backups. Version 3.6 features improved support for communicating with Linux FTP servers. |
