Exchange your data with MS Outlook without a MS Exchange server. OLfolders enables the access and sharing of contacts, calendars, appointments, tasks, emails stored on a different computer from each workstation simultaneously in a new or given network, a central enterprise wide access to an Outlook structure is possible, for security reasons optionally write and reader rights can be assigned. Each user is able to share either its personal folder or access personal folders stored on a remote computer within Outlook. From 2 up to 75 clients can connect to data stored on the server Outlook.OLfolders works also in an Exchange environment. The functionality of OLfolders extends a synchronization program for notebooks as well as an integrated QMail server for the internal and external email dispatch. |
